Business Development Associate - Job Responsibilities

1. Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to understand their educational needs.
2. Counsel students on suitable online UG and PG degree programs based on their career goals.
3. Convert qualified leads into admissions and consistently achieve sales targets.
4. Manage lead follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems.
5. Build solid relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission journey.
6. Support revenue growth by improving conversion rates and contributing to team targets. Skill(s) required
