As a Disposition Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring dimensional quality and compliance throughout the product development lifecycle. You will drive decision-making in disposition activities, support advanced quality planning, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet or exceed customer and industry standards.

Develop and implement measurement plans and strategies in line with project and customer requirements.
Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Disposition Phase activities and contribute to qualification plans and PPAP packages.
Identify gaps in product development and quality processes, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
5-10 years of experience in product development for quality functions, with exposure to in-process,



metrology and APQP activities.
~ Working knowledge of measurement software (e.g. Solid understanding of dimensional control principles (datum coordination, GD&T;).

Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- 3u20135 years in Automotive Quality Engineering or new product introduction.
- Training in Design of Experiments and internal auditing (QS/TS/IATF 16949).
- Experience with stamping, molding, or assembly plants.
- Volume Graphics programming experience.
- Familiarity with 3D/2D tolerance analysis and plastic manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of electrical connector part functions.
