Job Title: International Voice Process – Travel Process Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Voice Process in the Travel domain. The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO voice process.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls for an international travel process.
Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
Handle customer concerns efficiently while meeting process and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility:
Qualification: 12th pass and above.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice BPO is mandatory.




Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
