Job Title: Senior Director - Business Development Location: Bengaluru, KA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Director- Business Development to accelerate the company's growth in the Global Capability Center (GCC) and staffing segment. This individual will drive new client acquisition, expand existing relationships, and serve as a trusted partner in their digital transformation, workforce strategies, and adoption of next-generation technologies like Generative AI, helping clients unlock new efficiencies, innovation, and scale.

This role requires acquiring and building relationships with midmarket clients in India, positioning the company as a preferred partner for GCC/Captive Centers, IT services, talent solutions, digital transformation, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI to drive innovation and future-ready capabilities.

Drive hunting/Current client acquisition (New Logo) and revenue growth from GCCs, with a focus on IT services, talent solutions, digital transformation, managed services, and AI-powered offerings.




Develop account penetration strategies and influence decision-making at the CXO level, highlighting opportunities for innovation through Generative AI and automation.
Leverage a metric-driven sales execution framework to track pipeline, conversions, and account expansion, enhanced by data and AI insights.
Partner with delivery and operations to create scalable, future-ready solutions for clients, including AI-augmented workforce models.
Institutionalize best practices for enterprise sales across GCC-focused teams globally, embedding digital and AI-driven methodologies.
10 + years of hunting/new business development experience in the IT industry with proven success in business growth.

- Strong track record in selling IT services, IT talent services, GCC or digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed business school preferred.
- Willingness to travel (50%)
