Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer data, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Track leads, inquiries, and sales progress through the CRM
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions
Generate reports on leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and service updates




Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
- Valuable knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
