About the Company

Icert Global is an EdTech organization helping learners and professionals access industry-relevant education and career development opportunities. The company is seeking a Sales Executive to support customer acquisition and engagement from its Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities

- Generate new sales and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, understand their requirements, and follow up on qualified leads.
- Respond to customer questions and share relevant information through email and other approved communication channels.
- Research and recommend ways to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and completed sales.
- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions when required.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports.
- Meet agreed activity, follow-up,



and sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Suitable for candidates with 0–1 years of experience, including freshers with strong communication skills.
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, business development, or the EdTech sector.
- Confident verbal and written communication with the ability to explain offerings clearly.
- Good follow-up discipline, organized lead management, and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work full time from the Bengaluru office for six working days each week.

The role offers a monthly base salary of ₹20,000 plus ₹10,000 in incentives, subject to performance and company policy. The working schedule is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
