Through K-Protect and K-Control , we are transforming how organizations manage security, governance, risk, and compliance through automation and AI-driven innovation.The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team, shape the technology architecture, and drive large-scale enterprise implementations.

This is an chance for a technology leader who enjoys building—not just managing. You will combine architectural expertise with hands-on AI development, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready products across SaaS and on-premise environments.

Engineering & Architecture: Own the technical roadmap, architecture, scalability, security, and reliability of K-Protect and K-Control.

Build and integrate AI/LLM applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows while contributing directly to coding and technical problem-solving.

Cloud & DevOps: Lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, load management, performance optimization, and production reliability.

Enterprise Implementation: Drive large-scale deployments across SaaS, private cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–15 developers and engineers, ensuring engineering excellence and timely delivery.





15–20+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology delivery.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- Strong hands-on programming skills and practical experience building AI/LLM-based applications.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, distributed systems, scalability, and on-premise deployments.
- Experience managing engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, identity management, or GRC platforms is an advantage.

Core Management & Equity Participation This role offers the opportunity to be part of Kreesalis' core management team , contributing to product strategy, technology investments, business priorities, and long-term growth.

We are open to discussing equity participation or an ESOP arrangement , subject to mutual agreement and applicable company policies and approvals. Shape the engineering foundations of AI-powered enterprise products.

Influence product direction, architecture, and implementation strategy.

Contribute to core management decisions and explore long-term equity-linked incentives.
