About the Company

V18hub is seeking a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Intern to help strengthen its digital presence through high-quality, consistent, and engaging content. This remote internship offers an opportunity to work across short-form video, social media publishing, copywriting, and visual communication, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time CTC role based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Write scripts, edit, and optimize high-retention vertical videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips.
- Own the end-to-end publishing workflow, including content planning, scheduling, asset coordination, and daily content calendars for Instagram and YouTube.
- Draft compelling social copy, post assets, and visual materials suitable for executive distribution on LinkedIn.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable timeline-based editing tools to build strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and viewer retention.
- Create and maintain visual standards for thumbnails, typography overlays, layouts, and other design elements using Canva, Photoshop, or related tools.




- Review content performance and use audience insights to improve future creative output and publishing decisions.

Requirements

- Suitable for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience or early exposure to digital marketing, content creation, video editing, or social media.
- Strong visual storytelling, writing, organization, and attention to detail.
- Working familiarity with at least one video editing platform such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Photoshop and an understanding of social media formats, hooks, thumbnails, and typography.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently in a work from home environment and maintain a reliable content publishing routine.
- The internship runs for 6 months and may convert to a full-time CTC role based on performance metrics and overall contribution.

Compensation: ₹12,000 per month stipend, along with performance incentives.

Preferable Location: Bengaluru (Not restricted though)
