Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. In this position, the associate will identify and qualify current business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline across Magiva's target sectors.



Daily activities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing and delivering presentations and product demos, and supporting the sales team in proposal development and follow-ups. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal technical and product teams to address client needs, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns. Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in SaaS or technology-driven environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and MS Office or similar productivity tools is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
