About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with robust expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI to build scalable, production-grade AI-powered applications. The role involves developing intelligent assistants, conversational platforms, and enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), with a focus on customer service use cases across chat and email channels.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.- Develop AI-powered applications, including intelligent assistants, chatbots, knowledge search platforms, and workflow automation solutions.- Integrate LLMs and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.- Develop agentic AI workflows and implement MCP integrations for connecting AI models with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.- Build solutions for customer service operations across chat and email channels, preferably in eCommerce or retail environments.- Collaborate with Product, Architecture,



and Data teams to define use cases and deliver reliable AI solutions.- Optimise application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, production deployments, and continuous improvement.Requirements : - 8 - 12 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on full-stack development.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices.- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures.- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.- Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and MCP-based integrations or tool orchestration.- Strong understanding of software design principles, application security, testing, and performance optimisation.- At least 1 year of experience with Core Java and Spring Boot, along with practical exposure to microservices.- Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
