Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design and develop scalable backend applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices, along with handson experience building or integrating Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI workflows.The role involves developing enterprisegrade backend systems, integrating AI capabilities, and building intelligent applications using modern cloudnative technologies.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.- Build secure, highperformance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.- Develop and integrate LLMpowered applications, AI agents, conversational assistants, and workflow automation solutions.- Implement RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, tool calling, and agent orchestration workflows.- Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems into AIpowered applications.- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.- Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver productionready solutions.- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD,



and deployment.Required Skills :- Strong handson experience in Python backend development.- Proficiency in Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), FastAPI, and RESTful API development.- Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, LLMbased applications, or Agentic AI solutions.- Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration.- Strong understanding of microservices, system design, distributed systems, and database management.- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Robust problemsolving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Good to Have :- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data modeling.- Exposure to GPUbased AI deployments, NVIDIA GPUs, or Kubernetesbased AI workloads.- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.- Experience with AI deployment optimization, monitoring, and cost management.Candidate Profile :Candidates should have strong backend engineering fundamentals and practical experience integrating AI capabilities into production applications.
