Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend applications using Python.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Django.- Design and implement scalable backend architectures and microservices.- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.- Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure productive data storage and retrieval.- Integrate third-party services and APIs into backend applications.- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.- Participate in system design, technical architecture discussions, and code reviews.- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability.- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application releases.- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions,



and provide project updates.- Support technical decision-making and guide developers when required.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Python backend development.- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Django.- Strong understanding of RESTful API development, backend architecture, and microservices.- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including database design and query optimization.- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.- Proficiency in Git and version control practices.- Strong understanding of backend security, testing, debugging, and code quality standards.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
