We're looking for an Lead Engineer- Development to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Operations Team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enable end users to effectively leverage the Salesforce ecosystem including agentforce, data 360 and experience cloud to name a few tools.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle

Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle

Collaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular incremental value





Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deployments

Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.

Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)

Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:

Data Cloud / Data 360

MuleSoft (for integrations)

Experience Cloud

Tableau

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools

Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations

Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions)

Understanding of software development lifecycle, including Protected Agile
