Job Description :Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer / Senior Developer role is focused on platform configuration, Java-based development, integrations, production support, and InsuranceNow customization.Key responsibilities include :- Developing and maintaining applications on Guidewire InsuranceNow.- Configuring product definitions, rating logic, and policy lifecycle flows.- Building and troubleshooting Java-based APIs and integrations.- Supporting custom development, deployments, and issue resolution across environments.- Performing log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders for requirements gathering.- Participating in code reviews and handling production support activities.- Managing project risks, timelines,



and multiple workstreams.Technical Skills :- Robust experience with InsuranceNow, Java, JavaScript, and web technologies.- Experience with Apache Tomcat, XML, HTML, and Apache Velocity.- Hands-on knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.- Experience using development tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, GitHub, SharePoint, and Jira.- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, log analysis, and production support capabilities.Good-to-have skills :- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and cloud infrastructure.- Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes and business domain.
