NPJ Jewellers is a jewellery manufacturing organisation focused on delivering quality products and dependable service across its operations. The company is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen customer engagement and support smooth coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business contacts.
- Understand customer requirements, respond to queries, and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and other relevant teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, requests, and resolutions.
- Support customer retention through professional communication and consistent service.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow them through to closure.





Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or in a closely related customer relationship role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Good follow-up, coordination, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with maintaining customer information and managing multiple conversations or requests.
- Qualified conduct, patience, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Surat, Gujarat, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹22,000.
