We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in telesales , customer service , and CRM management to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to promote products and generate new business opportunities.

Manage end-to-end customer service — from initial contact to post-sale follow-up — ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product value and addressing objections.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to log interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.





Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and empathetically.

2+ years of experience in sales , telesales , customer service , or CRM-based roles .

- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
