About the job
Key responsibilities:
* Photograph and record videos of political rallies, public gatherings, political visits, press briefings, and media engagements.

1. Quickly edit and publish photographs, video clips, Instagram Stories, and Reels while events are taking place.
2. Develop engaging political Reels, campaign-related videos, promotional material, and event highlights for social media platforms.
3. Enhance videos by incorporating captions, background music, transitions, political taglines, and suitable visual graphics.
4. Work closely with the social media team to ensure the timely posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
5. Stay informed about political events, current affairs, and public concerns to identify important moments and produce relevant visual content.
6. Systematically store, categorise, and manage digital photographs and video footage for easy access and future use.

Other requirements

- Must own a DSLR/mirrorless camera suitable for professional photography and videography.
- Good knowledge of political events, political personalities and current affairs, particularly Uttar Pradesh politics.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar applications.




- Ability to create qualified political reels and short-form videos quickly.
- Must be able to edit and publish content using a smartphone
- Knowledge of social media trends, viral content formats and political communication.
- Strong photography, framing, lighting and storytelling skills.
- Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates based in Aligarh, Delhi or Lucknow will be preferred.
