Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Graduate / MBA in HR
Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
