About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Corporate Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, business directories, and networking.
2. Prospect Identification: Research companies and identify key decision-makers such as HR Managers, Finance Heads, Admin Heads, and Business Owners.
3. Cold Calling & Outreach: Connect with prospective corporate clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to introduce company products and services.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product presentations for the senior sales and business development team.
5. Database Management: Maintain and regularly update corporate lead databases, contact details, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
6. Client Relationship Building: Establish professional relationships with corporate representatives and understand their business requirements.
7. Product Promotion: Promote financial products and services, including employee financial wellness solutions, insurance, loans, and investment-related offerings.
8. Follow-ups & Lead Conversion: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
9. Market Research: Identify potential corporate partnerships, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
10. Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity reports covering calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed,



and meetings scheduled. Skill(s) required
