Company Description 360 Degree Facility Management Solutions Pvt Ltd is a professional integrated facility management services provider offering end-to-end facility management solutions to businesses across sectors. The company delivers a comprehensive range of services, including housekeeping, security and surveillance, technical services, and pest management.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance / Payroll function of the organization.

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable .
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle GST, TDS,



and other statutory accounting requirements .
Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and compliance .
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations .
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for collections/payments.

Graduate degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field .

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, GST and TDS .
- Experience in service industry / facility management / manpower industry will be an added advantage.
