Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring an productive, customer-focused environment. This role includes supervising staff, organizing work schedules, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining accurate inventory and data records. The Store Manager will implement store policies, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and retail standards. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, minimizing loss and shrinkage,



and coordinating with senior management on reporting, targets, and process improvements.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including team supervision, inventory control, and sales oversight.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to reduce shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Relevant experience in retail or store management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage shifts, and handle operational responsibilities independently.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic numerical skills for reporting and cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail management or business is an advantage.
