Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with advertisers and partners, and promote the organization’s advertising and sponsorship offerings. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, presenting media solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports. The Sales Executive is expected to meet revenue targets,



stay informed about market trends, and represent News Today Malayalam professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to research market trends, understand client needs, and translate them into effective sales strategies.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as required.
