Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Engineer role based in Gurgaon. The Billing Engineer will prepare and verify bills for interior projects, ensuring accuracy in quantities, rates, and overall project costs. Daily responsibilities include preparing BOQs, performing rate analysis, coordinating with project teams for measurements, and verifying contractor and vendor bills against executed work. The role also involves maintaining and updating billing systems, tracking project billing status, supporting quantity surveying activities, and preparing cost-related reports for management.



The Billing Engineer will work closely with site engineers, project managers, and accounts to ensure timely and precise billing and documentation.
Qualifications

- Strong BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying skills for interior or construction projects.
- Experience with Billing Systems, including bill verification, preparation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Rate Analysis and cost estimation, with the ability to compare and validate project rates.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting drawings, measurements, and cost data.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out or construction processes and basic understanding of project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; prior experience in billing roles is preferred.
