? Job Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
? Total Vacancies: 20+
? Hiring Model: 2 Sales Representatives per Area
? Position: Field Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Visit local shops, restaurants, cafés, salons, clinics, coaching institutes and other businesses.

✅ Promote digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website development and PR services.

✅ Generate business leads and convert prospects into paying clients.

✅ Build strong relationships with local business owners.

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reports.

? Eligibility & Requirements

? Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
? Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
? Valuable communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
? Own Bike/Motorcycle and Valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
? Smartphone and willingness to travel within the assigned area are required.

? Salary, Incentives & Rewards

? Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, subject to applicable wage requirements and employment terms.





? Additional sales commission and performance-based incentives.

? Monthly Sales Target: 25 successful client conversions.

? Performance rewards may include:

Rewards will be provided according to predefined achievement milestones and the company's written incentive policy.

⛽ Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed separately against actual expenses and supporting bills.

? Kanpur Hiring Areas

Swaroop Nagar, Arya Nagar, Kakadeo, Vijay Nagar, Govind Nagar, Kidwai Nagar, Barra, Naubasta, Kalyanpur, Panki, Dada Nagar, Rawatpur, Ratan Lal Nagar, Chakeri, Lal Bangla, IIT Kanpur area and Kanpur Central.
