Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The associate will assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, conducting product or service demonstrations, and gathering customer feedback to improve offerings. The role also involves tracking sales activities, preparing basic reports,



and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends.
