Role Description The Plant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located at Marino Cables’ manufacturing facility in Delhi, India. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, manufacturing processes, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing equipment utilization, supervising plant staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role involves coordinating with quality, maintenance, supply chain,



and management teams to meet output, cost, and delivery targets. The Plant Manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and support strategic decisions to enhance plant efficiency and support domestic and export commitments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations to oversee end-to-end functioning of the manufacturing facility.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Production Planning skills to manage schedules, capacity, and workflow effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Manufacturing Operations to maintain quality, safety, and productivity across all production lines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in operations or industrial management are an advantage.
- Proven experience in cable, electrical, or similar heavy manufacturing industries, with familiarity in Indian and international quality standards.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor staff and collaborate across functions.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, including use of production and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements within an industrial plant setting.
