Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Asansol. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer security needs, and recommending suitable solutions from the company’s portfolio of video surveillance, fire protection, access control, and alarm systems. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the technical team for installation and maintenance, and ensuring timely service delivery. The Account Manager monitors contract performance, manages renewals and rentals, and follows up on payments and documentation.



The role also involves identifying current business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, manage accounts, and provide responsive customer service.
- Experience in sales or business development, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of security systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, burglar alarms) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, simple terms.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM or account management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site with occasional client visits in and around Asansol; prior experience in security or technology services is an advantage.
