Creative Designer | Bayard Vacations | Bengaluru

We’re looking for a creative, versatile Designer to bring Bayard Vacations’ ideas to life through engaging visuals, brand assets, and AI-generated content. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, solid creative skills, and the ability to turn briefs into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, marketing collateral, presentations, and other brand assets.
- Photo & Video Editing: Retouch and enhance photographs, perform colour correction, and edit reels, promotional videos, and other travel content with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
- Generative AI: Use AI tools to create and enhance visuals, explore creative concepts, and experiment with new content formats.
- Creative Ideation: Develop visual concepts, mood boards, references, and creative directions for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms while exploring fresh creative approaches.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, video editing, or a related creative field.




- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual taste, and execution.
- Proficiency in relevant creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for image creation, video generation, and creative workflows.
- A positive understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- The ability to manage creative tasks independently and collaborate with the marketing team.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Mode: On-site

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
