Role Description The Maintenance Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and related systems to ensure smooth and safe operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, executing repairs, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Engineer will monitor equipment performance, maintain maintenance records,



and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, supporting audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical and process-related initiatives.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance, including basic electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, preferably with automotive or machinery components.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong focus on workplace safety, adherence to standards, and effective communication with operations teams.
- Basic proficiency in maintenance-related software or MS Office for reporting and record-keeping.
