Role Description The Site Supervisor role at R S Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities at project locations, including coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring that interior work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing materials and equipment on site, tracking timelines, and reporting status and issues to project managers or leadership. The role involves regular interaction with clients, contractors, and vendors,



resolving onsite challenges and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company procedures. The Site Supervisor also supports inspections, documentation, and handover processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Ability to supervise on-site construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and timelines.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and workers, including managing labor allocation and daily task assignments.
- Strong skills in site documentation, basic reporting, and communication with project managers and clients.
- Knowledge of safety practices, site housekeeping, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Previous experience in interior projects, construction supervision, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site issues calmly and efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
