Role Description The Real Estate Broker role at NANDI REAL ESTATE is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The broker will manage end-to-end property transactions, including listing properties, organizing site visits, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Daily activities include prospecting for new listings, maintaining relationships with property owners and buyers, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate market information. The broker will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.



The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records in internal systems, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications

- Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Brokerage, including listing, marketing, and closing property deals.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: prior experience as a broker or agent, relevant certifications or licenses, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.
