Role Description The Chemical Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The specialist will design, analyze, and optimize chemical processes, including material balances, equipment specifications, and process flow diagrams to support efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical evaluations, interpreting laboratory and production data, troubleshooting process issues, and contributing to safety and quality improvement initiatives. The role involves preparing structured reports, technical documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients,



as well as participating in cross-functional meetings to align engineering solutions with business needs. The specialist will also support regulatory compliance efforts and contribute to continuous improvement projects within the company’s chemical operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering to design, evaluate, and optimize chemical processes.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose process issues, and recommend evidence-based solutions.
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in on-site industrial environments, with attention to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in industrial chemicals, manufacturing, or process industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with process simulation or modeling tools and basic understanding of quality and safety management systems is an advantage.
