Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing outsourced business operations that support PInterview’s online interview and consulting services. This role involves managing relationships with outsourcing partners, defining and refining processes, and ensuring service quality and efficiency across all outsourced functions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, coordinating workflows between internal teams and external vendors, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, support budgeting and cost control for outsourced services,



and ensure that outsourced activities align with PInterview’s mission, regulatory requirements, and customer experience standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Outsourcing skills, including experience designing, implementing, and managing outsourced workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, managing vendor relationships, and documenting processes clearly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting related to outsourced operations.
- Relevant experience in BPO management, operations, or process improvement, ideally in a technology-enabled or service-oriented workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
