Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes when required.
- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and regular interactions.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and career development programs.
