Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy to students as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments .
- Explain key accounting concepts such as financial accounting, journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, and financial statements .
- Evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and examinations .
- Provide guidance and support to students to improve their understanding of accounting principles.
- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments .
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance .
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and school activities .
- Encourage students to develop analytical thinking and financial literacy .
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve academic outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with specialization in Accountancy.
- B.Ed.



(Bachelor of Education) preferred or required as per school policy.
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-5 years of teaching experience in Accountancy at secondary or senior secondary level preferred.
- Experience teaching Grade 11 and Grade 12 commerce students is an advantage.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management .
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner .
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools .

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,767.66 - ₹42,876.16 per month
