Academic Leadership

- Plan and supervise curriculum for early childhood classes
- Ensure activities are age-appropriate and play-based
- Monitor lesson plans and classroom teaching
- Introduce creative learning methods (storytelling, phonics, activity-based learning)

2️ Teacher Supervision

- Guide and support pre-primary teachers
- Conduct classroom observations
- Organize training and workshops
- Help teachers with classroom management

3️ Student Development

- Monitor children's academic and social progress
- Support children with learning or behavioral concerns
- Ensure a safe, happy, and child-friendly workplace

4️ Parent Communication

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings
- Address parent concerns
- Share child progress reports

5️ Administration

- Plan events (Annual Day, Sports Day, celebrations)
- Maintain records and documentation
- Coordinate with school principal and management
