About Us : Notation School is an online platform dedicated to providing personalized music education to students worldwide. We offer 1:1 music classes conducted through Zoom, with a mission to make music learning accessible to all.

Responsibilities : Class Coordination :

- Schedule and manage online music classes.
- Ensure all classes start on time and handle any technical issues that may arise.
- Coordinate rescheduling of classes and manage class cancellations.

Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and teachers.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Send reminders for upcoming classes and important deadlines.

Administrative Support :

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Assist with student onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate the distribution of class materials and resources.
- Create and manage files for teachers and students as needed.

Program Management :

- Assist in organizing and scheduling student assessments and exams.
- Monitor and report on student progress and feedback.

Teacher Support :

- Manage teacher schedules and coordinate substitute teachers when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between teachers and parents regarding student progress and issues.

General :

- Manage Zoom accounts to ensure uninterrupted service for our students and teachers.
- Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders through various channels.
- Implement and enforce school policies in managing teachers and students.
- Oversee fee collection and invoicing processes.
- Work to retain enrolled students and foster institutional growth.
- Support student growth by communicating needs to staff and assisting in hiring when necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of reports submitted by teachers or staff members.




- Uphold a courteous image of the institution with all stakeholders.
- Follow defined customer service processes and protocols.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum first division.
- Freshers Only
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant tools (Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM, etc.).
- Passion for music education and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule :

- On-desk Duty Hours: 8.5 hrs
- Work Shift: 10 am to 10 pm

Additional Requirement : This job will require you to work on Zoom with your camera on while communicating with teachers, students, parents, and other staff members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
