Qualification : B.A./M.A. in Marathi, B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Mandatory )

- Experience : 1-3 years
- Skills : Strong communication in Marathi (spoken/written) and familiarity with English for communication.

Core Roles and Responsibilities :

- Instruction and Curriculum : Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons on Marathi language, grammar, and literature (prose/poetry) for specific age groups (primary/secondary).
- Language Skill Development : Focusing on improving students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, particularly encouraging confidence in spoken Marathi.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluating student progress through regular classwork, homework, tests, and examinations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management : Creating a disciplined, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Curriculum Development : Designing engaging, age-appropriate learning materials, including presentations,



worksheets, and digital content.
- Parent-Teacher Communication : Regularly updating parents on student progress, behavior, and academic performance.
- Cultural Integration : Organizing activities that promote Marathi culture, literature, and history.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Language Proficiency : Robust command over written and spoken Marathi, often with a similar command of English.
- Education : B.A. in Marathi, followed by a B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification.
- Skills : Patience, creativity, passion for teaching literature, and proficiency in digital tools like PowerPoint or Canva.

Pay: ₹10,713.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
