Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution :

- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and policies :

- Lead staff recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation :

- Develop strategic academic and operational plans :

- Maintain discipline, student performance standards, and school culture :

- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders :

- Oversee compliance with CBSE norms and regulations.

For Academic Coordinator :

- Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies :

- Review and update curriculum aligned with CBSE standards :

- Conduct teacher mentoring and professional development sessions :

- Monitor student academic progress :

- Implement intervention strategies for underperforming students :

- Prepare training materials, lab manuals, case studies, and academic documentation :

- Support faculty with research and surveys

Qualifications

Principal :

- Master’s Degree with B.Ed (preferred) :





- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school :

- Strong knowledge of CBSE norms and affiliation procedures :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Academic Coordinator :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s preferred) :

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in curriculum development or coordination :

- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational standards :

- Leadership and mentoring skills.

Salary - ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
