Experience :

- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in an administrative/leadership

- role (Coordinator/Headmistress/Vice-Principal/Principal)

- Strong background in school administration and academic planningEducational Qualification:

- Master’s degree in any discipline (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.)

- B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory

- Additional leadership or administrative certifications preferred

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor teachers
- Proficiency in school operations, timetabling, discipline management, and academic supervision
- Ability to design and implement academic improvement strategies
- Experience in teacher training and performance evaluation
- Good command over English




- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with school management systems and basic IT tools
