- Use innovative teaching methods including storytelling, phonics, music, art, and activity-based learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly and maintain proper records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
- Ensure classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and execution.
