Key Duties of a School Warden 1️ Discipline & Supervision

- Monitor student behavior on campus.
- Ensure school rules and policies are followed.
- Prevent bullying, conflicts, or misconduct.
- Maintain order during assemblies, breaks, and dispersal.

2️ Student Safety

- Ensure student safety within school premises.
- Monitor entry and exit points.
- Supervise playground and common areas.
- Respond promptly to emergencies.

3️ Hostel Management (If Residential School)

- Oversee hostel discipline and routine.
- Ensure students follow study hours and bedtime schedules.
- Conduct room inspections.
- Maintain attendance records of hostel students.

4️ Coordination & Reporting

- Report behavioral issues to the Principal or Coordinator.




- Communicate with parents when required.
- Maintain incident reports and daily logs.

5️ Daily Operations Support

- Assist during school events and activities.
- Support teachers in maintaining classroom discipline if required.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
