Role & responsibilities :

- Provide inspirational leadership for the faculty by establishing a clear vision and fostering a strong sense of identity.
- Address escalated issues and monitor the quality of teaching and assessment, implementing strategies for improvement.
- Support the institutions goals, including closing the achievement gap for disadvantaged students and increasing proficient readers.
- Manage faculty spending effectively and ensure classrooms are stimulating.
- Promote respect for learning and achievement through high behavioural expectations.
- Ensure the curriculum is ambitious, engaging, and properly sequenced,



providing teachers with the necessary support to deliver it successfully.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Science department.
- Use data effectively to drive progress and close gaps.

- Proven track record of successful grant writing and fundraising activities.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
