Profile Title: Speech & Drama Trainer Profile Type: Full time Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Working Days: Monday to Saturday Profile Overview Key Responsibilities - Conduct Speech & Drama sessions as per the prescribed curriculum. - Introduce students to theatre fundamentals, improvisation, storytelling, role play, script reading, and character development. - Prepare students for annual day performances, competitions, presentations, assemblies, and showcases. - Assess student progress, maintain records, and monitor students during assemblies and dispersal. - The trainer will be required to travel to different school branches during the week, as per the schedule. - Coordinate with the school and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, performances, and other academic requirements.



Skills Required - Speech & Drama Training - Theatre & Performance - Script Writing & Character Development - Classroom Management - Creativity & Confidence Building Eligibility - Prior experience teaching Speech & Drama, Theatre, Public Speaking, or Performing Arts to children is preferred. - A degree or certification in Theatre, Performing Arts, English, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field will be an added advantage. - Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for teaching, mentoring, and nurturing young learners. - Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based sessions. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
