We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Receptionist for our mobile shop. The person will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the shop and should be able to guide customers properly.

Responsibilities :

- Welcome customers when they enter the shop.
- Ask customers about their requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Maintain basic customer details and inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and provide basic information about products and offers.
- Coordinate with sales staff to help customers quickly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement at the reception area.
- Handle easy billing support or basic computer entries if required.

Requirements :

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly nature and customer-handling ability.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Working Environment :

- Retail mobile shop environment.
- Interaction with walk-in customers throughout the day.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
