Job Title : Receptionist - Automobile Showroom

Location : Breach Candy, Mumbai Industry : Automobile / Car Dealership

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and showroom appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Service Advisors for customer handling.
- Provide basic information about vehicles, offers, and showroom services.
- Handle customer waiting lounge coordination (refreshments, seating, etc.).
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and showroom presentation standards.
- Support administrative work like filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Manage courier, mail handling, and internal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (automobile showroom experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi preferred.
- Presentable personality with strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage high customer footfall.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in car dealership or hospitality industry.
- Polite, organized, and customer-centric approach.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
