Verification of completed test history forms

Maintain Operations by following policies and procedures

Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.

Verification of patient by reading patient identification on office copy before sampling





Maintains specimen integrity by using aseptic technique, following lab policies and procedures.

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work setting by following standards and procedures;.

Home collection on need basis

Maintain Inventory of phlebotomy area

Any other task assigned by the concerned operational head

Relevant Experience : 2) Education : Should have DMLT/CMLT/Nursing Course.

3 ) Experience : Min. 1 to 2 year of Experience in the same field.

- **Shuld have a good communication skill.
