Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 9-Hour Shift

Job Summary : We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk Scheduler/Receptionist to manage patient and doctor schedules at our busy and reputed physiotherapy and rehab centre. If you are confident with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet , fluent in English , and can handle front desk responsibilities with patience and professionalism, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage patient appointments and scheduling for multiple doctors using Google sheet
- Handle Zoom and Google Meet setups for virtual consults and meetings as per IST especially for foreign clients/patients
- Attend and respond to calls and WhatsApp messages when required
- Assist in maintaining progress sheets and patient case files for doctors
- Track package renewals and follow-ups using logs
- Greet and guide patients with politeness, kindness, and clarity

Requirements :





- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets :

- Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet :

- Good understanding and communication in English (spoken and written) :

- Well-organized, presentable, and patient-focused

- Prior experience in medical or clinic front desk roles is a plus
