Skybook is hiring an experienced GDS Travel Consultant to support an overseas travel client from our Kozhikode office. You will handle corporate, retail, or a combination of both customer enquiries, delivering accurate and timely flight reservations and ticketing support.
If you are confident in handling bookings, ticket issuance, refunds and reissues, this role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in an international travel service environment.
Support corporate and/or retail customers while following the client's travel policies and service standards.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more GDS platforms: Practical experience across booking, ticket issuance, refunds and reissues .
Valuable understanding of international itineraries,



fare rules and airline ticketing procedures.
Clear spoken and written English, with strong customer service skills.
Willingness to work from Skybook's Kozhikode office.
Experience supporting overseas travel agencies or international customers.
Experience handling both corporate and retail travel.
Work on an overseas client account from Kozhikode.
