Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
5. Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels.
6. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Negotiate salary expectations, discuss offers, and support offer rollouts and joining formalities.
8. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining commitments.
9. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
10. Support recruitment planning and work toward achieving hiring targets within defined timelines. Skill(s) required
